It's only a demo so far, but that's only because there is clearly a lot of work being put into it. It's going to have a lot of the works that make the Paper Mario series what it is - remarkably ambitious for a SNES hack. What exactly are these works, you may wonder? Well, there will be NPCs to talk to, an engaging storyline, towns to visit, a sense of humor, and much more. Despite all this, this is still going to be a core Mario platformer. Turn-based battles aren't implemented; you will instead still be traversing levels not unlike that of Mario World's own. It's still going to be a while before it a full version is present. However, the demo is very worth checking out, if just to support the crew working on it. It's sure to be a promising creation in the realm of ROM hacking. When you download this hack the download will contain a .ips file (Not a ROM file), This .ips file is a patch which you need to apply to the original ROM in order to be able to play the hacked game.
