There is nothing neede to obtain them. There are no forced Upgrades. The Boots Capsule in Chill Penguin can be skipped, and Zero no longer gives you his Buster. The Hadoken Capsule can be obtained the FIRST time you go through Armored Armadillos stage with all Weapons, Capsule Upgrades, Heart Tanks, and Subtanks. Wolf Sigma (the final boss) now takes increased damage from Rolling Shield (3 dmg) and X-Buster Charge L3 (2 dmg). Additionally, he takes damage from X-Buster Charge L2 (1 dmg) and the Hadoken (1-hit KO).
