Andre Agassi Tennis is a 1992 tennis game for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System which stars tennis legend Andre Agassi. The game was published and developed by TecMagik Entertainment Ltd.

Players can play a wide variety of modes including practice mode, exhibition mode and career mode where they can learn to serve and hit ball properly to get the win on the court.

There is no actual plot in the game however, in career mode, players can travel to tennis arenas around the globe and compete in tournaments where they will earn money and victories. When a player has mastered all the tournaments, they will eventually play against Andre Agassi in a final grudge match to see who the best player in the world is.

Answer : Yes it is illegal.  Nintendo have posted the following on there website “whether you have possession of a Nintendo ROM for a limited amount of time, i.e. 24 hours, it is illegal to download and play a Nintendo ROM from the Internet”  which makes it clear that downloading ROMS is completely illegal.  A lot of people say this is a grey area, Some say as long as you own Andre Agassi Tennis on the SNES you can download and play the ROM as a backup to the physical media, this is not true.  Nintendo see ROMS as a threat to date to the intellectual property rights of video game developers.
