The Adventures of Yogi Bear (SNES) Gameplay

When Yogi Bear finds out that a chemical plant is going to be built in Jellystone Park, he takes on the responsibilities to keep that from happening. You control Yogi who is indeed smarter than the average bear as he tries to keep Jellystone free of industrial cutthroats. There are five areas of the park that you must traverse while searching for Yogi’s favorite thing: picnic baskets.

The Adventures of Yogi Bear Gameplay

Of course, along the way you’ll have to watch out for evil skunks and other enemies that will try to send you into early hibernation. Throughout this side-scrolling romp, you’ll get the chance to do some crazy beaver surfing and ride in a mine cart as you attempt to thwart the destruction of your home. With plenty of action and a great soundtrack, the ADVENTURES OF YOGI BEAR is great fun for gamers of all ages.

Answer : Yes it is illegal.  Nintendo have posted the following on there website “whether you have possession of a Nintendo ROM for a limited amount of time, i.e. 24 hours, it is illegal to download and play a Nintendo ROM from the Internet”  which makes it clear that downloading ROMS is completely illegal.  A lot of people say this is a grey area, Some say as long as you own The Adventures of Yogi Bear on the SNES you can download and play the ROM as a backup to the physical media, this is not true.  Nintendo see ROMS as a threat to date to the intellectual property rights of video game developers.
